The Jardins de Paris Marais Hotel is housed in a fairly plain, 7-storey, grey stone corner block. Though small, the lobby is open plan with the breakfast room. All the public areas are modestly appointed but enlivened with colourful modern furniture and paintings on the walls. The 20 soundproofed, medium sized guestrooms have recently been renovated. They are decorated in neutral tones, which contrast well with the cheerfully patterned bed linens and curtains. All are in decent condition, as are the functional en suite bathrooms. The hotel also offers a Continental style buffet breakfast every morning.
